I’m super thrilled to have author Michelle Modesto here on the blog today as part of Celebrating Debutantes 2016 event. Michelle will be sharing to us her casting pick for her debut YA novel Revenge and the Wild. I haven’t got the chance to read the book yet but Precious is all high praises for it, which makes me more excited to pick up a copy.

Here’s Michelle with her casting pick for Revenge and the Wild.

Westie, I think, was the hardest person to cast. It was between several different actresses, but in the end I thought Aubrey Peeples would make a pretty fierce Westie.

James wears many different masks so I thought Tye Sheridan would be best for that role.

With Alistair, it’s all about the eyes so I chose Nicholas Hoult

Costin is both creepy and charming so I thought Ezra Miller would be perfect for the part

And, for the brilliant and sophisticated Nigel, I chose Idris Elba
