Book Blogger Holiday Swap Gifts

Last month I signed up for Book Blogger Holiday Swap, which is my first try to join the event. I was so excited to find out who will be assigned to me as excited as I am to do the gift hunting. I was so happy when I found out that I was assigned to Chachic of Chachic’s Book Nook. I already met her once thru Filipino Book Bloggers and I am also a follower of her blog so I am thrilled with the idea of finding gifts for her. But what I didn’t expect is that she will be my Secret Santa. Which makes it really just a swap for both of us. These are the books she sent me:

When I saw the package I get excited and went on tearing the gift wraps one by one. So much with my excitement, I forgot to take a picture of these lovely books with their gift wrappers. The first one I opened is Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver which makes me bouncing when I saw it. It is a lovely hardbound use copy and really pretty. This book is part of my goodreads wishlist for almost a year  and I am so happy to finally own a copy. The next one is an ARC copy of Daughter of Smoke And Bone by Laini Taylor. This book is on the top my wishlist ever since I found about the book.  I’m officially putting it on top my TBR. Then there’s the two Libba Bray books which finally completed the Gemma Doyle series. I owned a hardbound copy of book three of this series but I couldn’t start reading because I don’t have yet the other two books. Now  that I finally have a copy I can finally start the series. The last one is Magic Strikes by Ilona Andrews which I’m also eager to read.

I didn’t really expect to get so many books. Many thanks to Chachic for all these lovely books. I can’t wait to read all these. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays!
